Turn Off Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode.
Internet Explorer will try to run some website in Compatibility mode. This usually causes a website to not load correctly or at all.
To turn this functionality off:
Step 1
While in Internet explorer, press [ALT] and select Tools from the menu.
Click on ‘Compatibility View Settings’.

Check the settings

- Make sure there are no websites in the list.
- Make sure the box is unchecked for displaying sites in compatibility mode.
