Introduction - Checking Tickets
The HelpDesk allows you to check your tickets (previous and unclosed).
The default view allows you to see all the information relevant to your ticket.
If a technician is assigned to the ticket, you'll see their name in the "Tech" category.
If you click the ticket subject, additional details will appear. Here you can respond to the tech (or via email).
