This is a brief introduction on how to use HelpDesk.
Creating a new ticket
- Click the button.
- A form should appear, enter the subject and pick the appropriate category. If you don't know, select "I don't know"
- Additional boxes may appear, those with asterisks are required.
- In the "Ticket details," describe the problem you're having.
- Click the "Submit" button.
