Introduction - Creating Tickets

Welcome to HelpDesk!
This is a brief introduction on how to use HelpDesk.


Creating a new ticket
  1. Click the button.
  2. A form should appear, enter the subject and pick the appropriate category. If you don't know, select "I don't know"
  3. Additional boxes may appear, those with asterisks are required.
  4. In the "Ticket details," describe the problem you're having.
  5. Click the "Submit" button.
