Browser - Disable Pop-Up Blocker

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Pop-up Blocker - Pop-up Blocker Settings. (You may need to press the Alt key to make the tools menu visible.)
In Firefox, go to Tools - Options - Content tab.
In Safari, uncheck "Block Pop-up Windows" under the Safari menu.
In Chrome, go to the 3 lines icon -> Settings -> Show Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> Pop-ups -> Manage exceptions -> Add [*.]southern.edu. and click OK.
