Adding an authorized user

  1. Go to
  2. Click the Student and Staff button
  3. Sign In using your Southern email address, and Southern password, and get through the MFA.
  4. On the right, click on "Authorized Users", then click "Add Authorized User"
  5. Enter their email, and answer the appropriate questions.
  6. The person should get an email with login information and instructions on how to create their TouchNet Authorized User account.  (NOTE: this email *may* be in the spam or junk mail folder)
