Issues Logging onto MyAccess, Southern or Webmail
There are two things to try if you or a user you are helping is having issues logging into MyAccess, Webmail or any other Southern site. If getting an error in the browser after login, most likely the first step will fix the issue. If not, try the second step.
- First try clearing the browser cache.
- If that doesn't work, try clicking the "Can't Log In?" button below the "Sign In" and follow the steps.
