Student Unable to Login

As a student when you are unable to login to my TouchNet Account, the following steps will help solve the login issues.


1. Make sure you are on the right website: http://southern.edu/payment
2. Make sure you use your Southern account information. If your Southern email is MickeyMouse@southern.edu, in the username field enter only the first part (MickeyMouse) and your password in the next field.

3. If you are still unable to login then you will need to request a password reset of your Southern account, through our MyAccess page.
4. Go to https://MyAccess.Southern.edu
5. Below the “Sign in” button is a “Forgot Password” link, select it and following the directions.

6. Once the password is reset, return to step 1 and attempt to login again.
