Student Unable to Login

As a student when you are unable to login to my TouchNet Account, the following steps will help solve the login issues.


1. Make sure you are on the right website: http://southern.edu/payment
2. Click on the Student/Staff login link.
3. Make sure you use your Southern account information. Use your entire Southern email address to Sign In and get through the MFA like usual.
4. If you are still unable to login then you will need to request a password reset of your Southern account, through our MyAccess page.
5. Go to https://MyAccess.Southern.edu
6. Click the blue "Manage Account" link and go through the steps.
7. Once the password is reset, return to step 1 and attempt to login again.
