Student Unable to Login

As a student when you are unable to login to my TouchNet Account, the following steps will help solve the login issues.

1. Make sure you are on the right website:
2. Make sure you use your Southern account information. If your Southern email is, in the username field enter only the first part (MickeyMouse) and your password in the next field.

3. If you are still unable to login then you will need to request a password reset of your Southern account, through our MyAccess page.

5. Below the “Sign in” button is a “Forgot Password” link, select it and following the directions.

6. Once the password is reset, return to step 1 and attempt to login again.
