Authorized User - Resetting Password
What is an Authorized User in TouchNet?
A student may authorize individuals (parents, guardians, sponsors, etc.) to view billing information and/or pay bills on their behalf. Authorized users within TouchNet do not have access to the student's stored payment information, academic records, or other personal information. Academic access is granted in the My Access portal.
I can’t access my account, how do I reset my password?
The most common issue that causes problems after a password has been reset is mistyping the password (capitalization and any special characters).
