You can make a ticket repeating. Or - edit the scheduling settings if the ticket is already repeating.
Set the repeating frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, daily on workdays, one time etc) and the "start date", when the recurring should start. For example, if you want a ticket to repeat once in a month starting at January 1st - set the frequency to "Monthly" and set the start date to "January 1st, 9am"
If you want to adjust the repeating ticket's subject and/or body - simply edit the "original" ticket parameters.
