If you are having a problem changing your password or accessing your MyAccess Student Portal, the IT Help Desk would be able to assist you. They can be contacted at (423) 236-2707 during normal business hours. I have also carbon copied them into this email so that they can share any additional information with you to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
